Spend an unforgettable spring at Jeddah Season 2022

After a two-year hiatus, Jeddah Season is back in action for the first time since its last observance in 2019, kicking off from early May to the end of June for 60 days of non-stop magic. It is part of Saudi Seasons, an initiative by The Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH) creating entertaining and immersive experiences to be enjoyed by both locals and visitors.

Under the slogan “Our lovely days”, the season aims to celebrate the Bride of the Red Sea’s rich heritage through festivities including 60 game events, 20 live concerts by global artists, and 4 international exhibits held across 9 zones city-wide, which are: Jeddah Art Promenade, City Walk, Jeddah Pier, Jeddah Jungle, Prince Majid Park, Jeddah Superdome, Jeddah Yacht Club, Al Balad and Al Jawhara Stadium in King Abdullah’s Sport City. The celebration also doubles as an opening ceremony for the Jeddah Yacht Club and the revamped Prince Majid Park.

An eclectic mix of art and entertainment, this season also features a collection of music and theatre shows, new cafés and restaurants, as well as amusement parks and recreational activities.

Among the long-awaited celebrations are highlights such as stunning nightly firework shows at the Jeddah Promenade, concerts by popular K-pop artists, a science exhibit, and a month-long Jeddah Season exclusive Cirque Du Soleil Fuzion performance.

Jeddah Pier will be hosting the nostalgic Throwback House attraction which will take visitors through a trip in time that feels like hanging at their grandparents’ house. Walk through the Upsidedown Tunnel at Adrenaland as well as 3 other stimulating experiences that will get your adrenaline rushing!

At the Jeddah Jungle zone, visitors will get to experience the Kingdom’s largest zoo; and if you’re an anime fan, this is your chance to dress up as your favorite anime or manga characters and show off your amazing cosplay during Comic-Con at the City Walk zone.

Over 2,800 activities are taking place this season.
