Terms & Conditions:
- Upon the client’s confirmation, booking the vendors will start accordingly.
- After 24 hours of the payment, all refund requests will be subject to a 15% deduction of the payment amount as management and bank transaction fees.
- Cancellation policy: the client is not allowed to cancel their trip and ask for a full refund before 14 days of their trip for groups of less than 10, and 21 days for groups of more than 10.
- All prices include taxes and any governmental fees.
- Any cancellations due to COVID-19 will require an original document from a trusted source.
- Any addition to the trip must be made before 72 hours of the date of the trip, without any guarantee or instant confirmation with regard to any additional costs that may occur. Force Majeure law applies.
- Refund of the cancellation of certain activities due to weather changes will take 10-15 business days.
